Some back ground: I found out me gut is more sensitive then I’d like. I’m sensitive to sugar for one. I’m also a nursing student and the amount of diabetic people with no access to medicine or a basic understanding of how to care for their condition is saddening.
My idea: I want to create a sugar and gluten free bakery for those with gut issues and diabetes. Or those who wanna cut sugar. I have a plan of how to go about it.
Problem: The cost. It cost about 2$ to make a cupcake. But I no people pay $5 for Crumbl. I also want a percentage of the profit to go to help pay for insulin and education efforts. Would ppl actually buy a cupcake for around $4.50
