I’m thinking of building a tool that lets businesses offer real-time, video-based support to their customers—kind of like Zoom, but specifically for troubleshooting or guiding people through issues. I am aware of bigger players in this area but I am looking for businesses / customers for features they are interested in.

Would something like this actually be useful for businesses? What features would be a must-have? Do you think businesses would pay for this? If so, what feels reasonable?
