​Restaurant where you have to obligatory sit with someone else

Ive seen so many interesting people eating by themselves and this idea came to me. Of course you can approach random people and talk to them in restaurant, but who actually does this? And who actually does this WITHOUT looking like a creep?

So the idea would be (voluntarily of course) a place where every table is for 2 or for 4. So even if you don’t want to engage conversation you have to sit with someone. Sitting in the floor is not allowed. The first person that comes has to wait until a second one comes to eat.
