​Slightly transparent hard plastic thing with a small metal loop on the end

Purple, slightly transparent, hard plastic with a small metal loop on the end. Sticky notes and dime for scale. At first I thought it was a paper creaser, but then saw the metal thing, then I thought it was a needle threader, but the metal thing is too big. Help??
