Venture backed co-working space

Problem:

If you’ve ever started a business from home, you know how much it sucks.

You can go a whole week without interacting with someone in-person, and you get very tired, unmotivated by seeing the same four walls everyday.

But you’re in the startup stages and capital is tight, you can’t rent an office space because you don’t have the capital and, frankly, it won’t solve your issues because you’re still not interacting with people.

Co-working space solves the interactive problem but it’s still very expensive.

Solution:

A co-working space that takes a small ownership in your startup.

In order to get in, you pitch your idea to the head of the office, and if they think it has some potential, they give you access to either your own office or shared office space in return for a small equity part of your business.

This is a fantastic way for VCs to back incredible companies, and for young startups to have a collaborative and likeminded group of entrepreneurs get-together without the high startup costs.
