​What Business do I start with less that 3000 USD

So for context. I live in a third world country and have a degree in economics with Risk management. I cant really find a job as unemployment is extremely high in my country. I have interests in cars, designing and animals. I have saved up about 3K usd and am willing to put it all into starting a business.
