We’ve been testing a few ecom͏merce fulfillment ser͏vice options lately, and returns + COD are honestly where things start falling apart.
Most providers say they support it, but the real issue is in the process:
– how returns are inspected?
– how fast refunds are issued?
– how COD is reconciled and reported?
