​Why don’t young adolescents/adults like to workout together?! 💪

31% of adults and 80% of teens don’t get enough exercise.

One of the biggest hurdles in staying motivated is feeling like you’re going it alone. Despite many existing platforms like strava or MyFitnessBuddy, maintaining genuine social connectivity can be hard (at least for me).

How can we create a more vibrant fitness community where friends and peers support and motivate each other?
