​Am I overthinking this?

I’m currently in the planning/brainstorming phase of a new project.

I currently face this dilemma regarding language. The protagonist is a Colombian-American lawyer based in Miami. A majority of the characters are of Latin origin. That being said, I am conflicted on whether or not to write in English or Spanish. Alterations would be required if I write in English/Spanish then translate.

Am I overthinking this? Any ideas of how to write a bilingual novel, such as predominantly in English with some Spanish that is easily comprehensible?
