​Bathroom fans with a mandatory 15 minute extension

So many people turn the fan off immediately after using the bathroom, leaving the smell to fester. If we had bathroom fans tied to the light switch that continued running 15 minutes after turning the lights off, that would cure the issue of people not leaving the fan running.
