​Buying a convenience store: Good idea ?

I have a cleaning business, looking to expand and aquire more businesses, i have the capital to buy this store, however, i have no experience running this type of store.

Would it still be profitable if i hired someone ? Seems like it profits 145k$ a year so i’m thinking it should still be profitable with an employee…

Also anything i should know or think about before getting into this business ?
