​I have a large network of IT professionals in EU, some of them PhDs – what is the best way to start doing services and expand to US? Web / AI

Currently, I am working as a financial consultant but in my free time I work on different IT projects as a product manager. My colleagues are highly professional IT engineers who have worked on various web development and AI projects.

Any idea how we could expand and start working on projects for US clients?

Upwork and similar are already known to me so I am looking for different approach.
