​I Live In Florida And Want To Start A Side Business Selling Products: what do I need?

I (26F) recently came across a community and there were pretty good ideas in it about side hustles.

One of these side hustles was selling chapstick, sunscreen, sunglasses, battery packs, etc. outside a festival- it checks on pretty well consider these items and all be purchased in bulk and make a decent profit off each item atleast $200+$500-

I have no legal knowledge towards this- google is not much help.

Do I need a sales tax permit? Sellers permit? My own LLC? Insurance? And in the event I decide to sell water/snacks- do I need a food license if it’s not HOT food being made, already packaged small snacks like Cheeze-It’s..
