​Instead of waiting for the Supreme Court, the US should just pass a Constitutional Amendment that says the President isn’t immune from criminal prosecution.

This isn’t hard, people. Instead of waiting for a Supreme Court that has 2 justices appointed by the defendant to rule on this, just pass an amendment.

There’s already 4 amendments that affect the presidency. Not even a new idea.
