I’m obsessed with crispy rice and want to start a food truck with crispy rice as the main seller along with other yummy crispy sushi style items. Thoughts on crispy rice? Would you pay $10 for a dish? $15? $20? Lunch time or after the bar vibes? Anything particular that’d be a showstopper or deal breaker? There are so many food trucks in my town but none that center around crispy rice so I’m not sure if it’s just me. Any feedback is appreciated even if not a direct answer to one of my questions. Thanks!
