Mobile Cigar lounge- TX

Thinking about starting a mobile cigar store and seating area (in TX) for parties, events, festivals, sporting events like racing events, football games, soccer games, etc. Cigars are my hobby and my “happy place” in life.

Photos are of a 5th wheel trailer ($68,000) I’m thinking about using. I will wrap the outside in a solid color with my business logo on the outside. 5th wheel has its own generator, 3 ac systems, toilet system, and 6 auto adjusting legs to maintain stability, 2 tvs, and outlets for charging phones.

Will strip the main bedroom and put Spanish cedar planks on all the walls so the entire bedroom becomes a humidor.

If you notice the backdoor of the trailer (see photo 1 and photo 4), it drops down and can become a patio with railings that could seat 6 people. The inside garage (photo 4) can seat 6 more people. 4 more people could sit in the main “cabin” or living quarters (photo 3) and smoke inside. 6 + 6 + 4 = 16 customers within the structure of the trailer.

There are 3 awnings to provide shade and additional seating options. It does get rather warm in central TX

Will not sell food, not a restaurant. Will not sell alcohol, to avoid dealing with liquor license. Will sell cigar lighters/torches, cigar cutters, cigarette lighters, bottled water, and soda as small side items to help bring in funds.

My goal: to bring a home-like, comfortable cigar experience to venues I like to attend. Circuit of the America’s (COTA) is my dream location to support and supply visiting racetrack attendees with cigars. By being mobile, I am able to travel and attend various functions without being tied down like a brick-and-mortar operation

I would appreciate, positive or negative to help develop my business plan, and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). Full disclosure- I’ve never owned a 5th wheel or enclosed trailer or any kind
