I’m looking for inspiration from an existing business (possibly N. America or Europe) where you can get fitted out with ski gear in your city and when you arrive to your accomodation at the ski resort its all set. My scenario is that I live in a city that is about 5 hours from ski resorts, but the only way to rent gear is once you arrive- after that big trip. It would be amazing if you could get fitted out before you leave, and when you get to the accommodation your gear is ready for you rather than doing a big trip and then still having to go and rent equipment. Surely this exists elsewhere but I’m not having luck finding examples. My thought is to work with a local rental place near the resort and then relay the info to them, maybe a commission structure?
