My title describes the thing.
Found on a hike in djurhomamossen in souther Sweden. Every 2-5 minutes this tower dumps a white powder into the stream in changing intervals and amounts – from my guessing it’s always several kilos. The powder comes trough the white nozzle below the tower and falls directly into the water – but there’s always some of it blown away by the wind – it almost looks like smoke. The water behind this tower looks very foamy, for at least 2km, but I can’t tell if it’s due to the powder or natural causes.
I’ve tried to Google it, and used Google lens to identify the tower, but so far without success. There isn’t any helpful sign on the tower itself.
